ABOUT COACH O

Hello! I'm Kevin O'Grattan, founder and coach of Team O Coaching.

I have been a running coach since 2007. I have a Masters Degree in athletic coaching and have spent years learning about the most updated, science-based, best practices on run training development. I am also certified coach in endurance races and Track & Field.


I have coached successful high school, collegiate, and adult athletes.

I am a runner and Boston qualifier, racing 5Ks, marathons, to ultra-marathons.
