Welcome to Team O Track Club
Kansas City’s Team O Track Club is a track club for young distance athletes, ages 8 to 18-years-old, with a focused exclusively on distance running events and the race walk. We welcome all young athletes of all abilities. We are an AAU affiliated club, competing in their track events.
Team O’s focus is always on the continued development and progression for young athletes in a positive and supportive atmosphere, while striving to balance keeping athletes healthy, happy, and enjoy racing.

MEET COACH O
Founder and Head Coach
I have been a distance running coach since 2007. I started as a high school cross country and distance track coach, and helped many young athletes achieve lifetime best. I have a Masters Degree in athletic coaching and a certified coach in endurance races and Track & Field. I personally write each of my athletes' training plans, to meet the needs of their abilities and events.
My goal for our young athletes is to have a great experience, develop life-long skills like disciplines, focus, hard work, to learn to compete, and improve in their events.
